Little Publicity: Airlines Part 2

I’ve talked about giving personalities to companies before like Gunarolla for Quaker Oats and the rapping air flight attendant for Southwest Airlines, but what happens when a personality is not brand appropriate?

I love this video of a pillow fight that broke out on a Lufthansa flight:

But if we look at their commercials, the company is more oriented towards business professionals and high class travel:

In this case having a pillow fight commercial might not be the best thing, especially if it alienates your target consumer. What do you think?
